Mr. William B. Holloway, devoted husband and father, age 90, of Rainbow City, AL passed away Friday, November 2, 2018. Funeral Service will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, at Collier-Butler Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Holloway and Pastor Scott Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery.

Mr. Holloway was a wonderful Christian man who was loved by all.
He spent many years in the transportation industry, serving as president of Holloway Motor Express, Inc., during the 1960’s and 1970’s. He served as vice president of Gadsden Truck Line, Inc in the 1970’s, and for many years, served as special advisor to Austin Transportation Company, of Attalla, AL, as well as, Rainbow Express and Logistics of Attalla, AL.
Mr. Holloway was preceded in death by his father, H. B. Holloway, Sr.; mother, Ethel Brook; brother, H.B Holloway, Jr. and sister, Kathryn Pitts.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 72 years and 8 months, Mrs. Lee Holloway; son, Mike (Susie) Holloway, Auburn, AL; granddaughter, Meg (Scott) Bryant, Auburn, AL; brother, Baughn (Linda) Holloway, Quitman, GA; niece, Sandra Holloway and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be, Tony Walker; Terry Walker; Scott Walker; Rodney Walker; Tim Walker; Thad Walker; John Powers; Sheldon Worley and Kevin Worley.
Honorary Pallbearers will be, Phil Price; Gary Hopper; Scott Hopper; Charlie Garner; Michael Jenkins; Dennis Lankford; Terry Ford; Mark Todd and Bobby Cooper.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the beloved neighbors of Covered Bridge of Rainbow City, AL.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
