Funeral services will be Sunday, Dec 2, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at Collier-Butler Chapel for Steve Wolfe, 71, of Gadsden, who passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2012. Dr. David Chandler will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.
Mr. Wolfe was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a retired truck driver. He was a deacon of North Gadsden Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family and riding motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his son: Jamie Wolfe; mother: Julia Wolfe; father: Durwood Wolfe; mother-in-law: Sybil Cargal; grandfather: Lonnie Braddy Sr.; and many aunts uncles and cousins.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years: Betty Wolfe; son Jason Wolfe; daughter-in-law: Deesha Wolfe; daughter: Julie (Randy) Smith; grandchildren: Randy Smith, Jordan and Steven Henson, Amanda Wolfe, and Braxton Wolfe; and great-grandchildren: Maddie and Reese Henson.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Thrift, Mark Thrift Larry Lecroy, Clint Ramer, Houston Ramer and Tim Sutton.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Brother David Chandler, deacons and members of North Gadsden Baptist Church.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial may be made to North Gadsden Baptist Church Building Fund.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. prior to the service.
