Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Collier-Butler Funeral Home for Mr. Jerry L. Butler, age 71, Rainbow City, who passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010. Deacon Harold Watson will officiate with burial to follow in Williams-Southside Memorial Park. Collier-Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Services directing.

Mr. Butler is survived by his wife, Sherry Butler; daughters, Sonya Butler and Kendel Butler; grandsons, Justin Decker, Andrew Decker and Zachary Decker; sister, Jewel (Jimmy) Crout; brother, Noel C. (Lou Ellen) Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Justin Decker, Andrew Decker, Zachary Decker, Michael Crout, David Crout and Josh Hilburn.

The family would like to express a special thanks to NICU at Huntsville Hospital and to Dr. Debra Reiland.

A visitation will be held on Sunday at Collier-Butler from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
