Gary David Nichols

He was a 1974 graduate of Emma Sansom High School. He served in the United States Navy after graduating, and was extremely proud to have served his country. He went on to get a bachelor's degree in finance. He spent most of his life in Gadsden, and was revered by his colleagues throughout his very successful career in finance.

He was a loving father, son, brother, and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He attended Grace Ministries, and he loved the ministry dearly. David touched countless lives over the years, and was deeply loved by so many.

David is survived by his sons, Daniel Nichols and Kyle Jackson; his grandsons, Parker and TJ; his siblings, Don, Dan, and Susan; and many more family and friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents, James Billy (Pete) Nichols and Helen Whitten Nichols.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 28th, at 1pm at Collier Butler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2pm in the chapel. Graveside service will follow at Forrest Cemetery. Bro. Rannie Childress will officiate.
