Ellen Juanita Hathcock

Mrs. Ellen Juanita Hathcock, 77, of Euharlee, Ga., died on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Collier-Butler Funeral Home in Gadsden. The Revs. James Wallace and Jansen Berryhill officiating. Burial will be at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.

Born in Gadsden, Mrs. Hathcock was a homemaker and sang in several gospel groups, The Bethel Trio, The Singing Samaritans, The Treble Aires and New Wind. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Hathcock; father, Brandon Leath; mother, Lucy Leath; and sister, Lucille Lee.

Survivors: three children, Phillip and Catherine Hathcock, of Perry, Ga., Paula and Jim Stewart, of Euharlee, Ga., Jeff and Becky Hathcock of Dallas, Ga.; brother, Buddy Leath of Gadsden; grandchildren, Cameron Hathcock, Brendon Hathcock, Anderson Hathcock, Zackary Stewart and Jackson Schultz; honorary grandchildren, Aaron Crisler, Kendra Crisler, Rachel Davis and Christian Davis.
