A visitation for Dennis will be held Monday, December 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 7400 Tabor Road, Gadsden, AL 35904, with a funeral service directly following at 2:00 PM.
Dennis was a compassionate loving man who walked in honor and wisdom with all. He was a believer in Jesus Christ and knew Him personally as his Savior and Lord. He was an avid and astute horseman having loved horses all of his life. Dennis deeply loved his family with a fervent passion; reading his Bible; and praying for his family, friends, the Church, and our Nation.
The love and wisdom of this man leaves a great void in the lives of his family but we rejoice that his absence here reveals his glory to be seen with Jesus. Dennis known by some as “Stoney,” nicknamed by his high school science teacher after the 1960’s cowboy, was an example of an ordinary hardworking man who lived a godly life in a cruel world.
