Delores Jean Kelley

Delores Jean Kelley of Gadsden, age 74, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 27, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Maxi Ann Hunter, brothers; Hank, Kenneth and Jacky Hunter.

Ms. Kelley was born in Centre, Alabama. She worked as a seamstress at Health-Tex Manufacturing and Martin’s clothing store. She loved gardening, cooking and she made the best homemade biscuits. She is survived by her sons; Johnny Belyeu (Lora), Terry Belyeu (Monica), and Tony Griffin. Step children Cody Kelley (Averi) and Lisa Kelley. Grandchildren, Dustin Belyeu, Jon Michael Belyeu (Beth), Mallory Bowen (Jonathan), Andrew Griffin and Michaela Abernathy. Great Grand Daughter Caroline Belyeu. Brothers Leon Hunter (Phyllis), Donny Hunter (Sheree), Wendell Hunter (Pam). Sisters, Juanda Barnes (Tim) and Melinda Gwin (Charlie). Along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Valley Community Church one hour before the service at 10:00am, Service starts at 11:00am.

A special thanks to Leslie Anderson and the nursing staff at Northside Healthcare. Also, to Merry and the 4th floor nursing staff at RMC Anniston who cared for mom until her passing.
