Debra C. Hines “Nana”, resident of Etowah County, passed away Sunday morning at her home. Nana was a wonderful artist and loved her animals and music. She worked hard all of her life to support her family. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishment in life.
She was survived by her soul mate and best friend, Ruby Jean Hines. Her children, Jennifer (Rena) Dawkins, Summer (Wayland) Ross-Day, and Mason (Stephanie) Clowers. Her father, Ronald Ellisor and a multitude of step children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be held Sunday, November 17th at River of Life Church on Wall St. in Alabama City at 230 PM with Pastor Eugene Sturdivant and Rev. David Mullican.
She fell asleep with us and woke up with the Lord and to live in the hearts of the loved ones you leave behind is not to die.
