Cathy Jane Bishop Gray, age 65 of Gadsden, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 5, 2015 at Collier- Butler Funeral Home. Reverend Bob Thornton will officiate. The family will accept friends from 12- 2:00 PM. Collier- Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.
Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was greatly cherished by those she loved.
Mrs. Gray was preceded in death by her parents, Youl and Aretta Bishop; granddaughter, Faith Williams; siblings, Elizabeth Stinson, James Bishop, and Ronnie Bishop.
Survivors include her loving husband, Joel Gray; children, Sandy Knight, Danielle (Dustin) Pruitt, Jeff (Tammy) Gray, David (Teri) Gray; grandchildren, Blake Renfroe, Audra Brown, Lee and Collin Morgan, Destiny Williams, Grace Rowell, Caitlin Pruitt; great grandchildren, Bentley Renfroe, Brielle Patterson; sister, Shelia Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
