Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Union Hill Cemetery, Tidmore bend for Mrs. Bonnie Jean Gibbs, 61, Gadsden, who passed away July 10, 2014. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing. Mrs. Gibbs was a native and longtime resident of Gadsden. Employed with Etowah County serving as Chief Clerk with the Revenue Department. Preceded in death by her father, Walter Grace, step father, Elmer Steed and sister Janice Ray Grace. She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Gibbs, children, Jeanne Mireles, Christi (Todd) Brown, Christopher (Tiffany) Gibbs, Jill (Joey) Elrod, Lori Gibbs all of Gadsden, Grandchildren, Samantha (Jermaine) Snow, Halee Gibbs, Leelah Gibbs and Ayden Elrod, great grandchildren, Vanessa Roden, JeBrelle Snow, mother, Christine Nash Harp, Gadsden, special aunt, Annette Pankey, Gadsden, brothers and sisters, Carolyn Gibbs, Ricky (Loretta) Grace and Sally (Steve) Grogan and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hydrocephalus Association. Pallbearers will be nephews and great nephews. Honorary Family, Linda Barrett Vaughan and Etowah County Revenue Department. The family will receive friends from 9 am until 10: 45 am Monday at the funeral home.
