Matthew was born on June 3, 1976, in Columbia, MO the son of Daniel Pratt Tucker Jr and
Kathleen Susan (Regn) Tucker. He was a 1995 graduate of Fulton High School and was a
member of First Presbyterian Church in Fulton, MO. He grew up on the family farm, where the
love of anything green began, especially anything John Deere! Matt would create replicas of
John Deere machinery without measuring and just by looking at it. He was very creative and
mechanically inclined, which led to the creation of many projects. He was the supervisor at Re-Made
for A Purpose in Fulton, MO for several years. Matt also enjoyed flying remote control airplanes
and “supervising” different projects in the neighborhood.
Survivors include: his mother, Kathleen Scott of Fulton, MO; his father, Daniel Tucker
(Kathleen) of Fulton, MO; one brother, William Tucker of Columbia, MO; one sister, Adrianne
Tucker and several friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Pratt Tucker III
and stepfather, Robert Scott Jr.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 am at Old Auxvasse
Cemetery with Rev. Bill Jessop officiating. There will be a fellowship following the service at the
Old Auxvasse Nine Mile Presbyterian Church in the Fellowship Hall next to the cemetery, 2904 County Road 156, Kingdom City, MO 65262.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Old Auxvasse Cemetery, c/o Debo Funeral
