Martha was born on January 6, 1938 in Las Vegas, NV the daughter of Robert and Amy (Murphy) Herrick who preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fulton, MO. Martha retired from Lakeview Gardens Nursing Home in Kirkland, WA as a physical therapy assistant. She enjoyed gardening, crafting and watching the BYU channel and the St. Louis Cardinals. She adored her family and grandchildren and spent countless days watching and supporting her two grandchildren, Melissa and Patrick in all their activities.
Survivors include: three daughters, Karen Broetz (Gary Dawson) of Thompson, MO, Connie Broetz of Fulton, MO and Marla Broetz of Phoenix, AZ; one son, William Broetz (Linda) of Phoenix, AZ; three sisters, Sharon Standley, Joyce Alertson (Jess) and Dorothy Herrick all of the state of Washington; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Penny Broetz; grandson, Wesley Wrhen and one brother, Robert Herrick.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fulton, MO with Bishop Nathan Mulder officiating.
