Joseph Bernie Richner

Joseph was born on May 27, 1946 in St Joseph, MO the son of Wendell and Rosemary (Robinson) Richner who preceded him in death. He was united in marriage on November 11, 1972 in Montgomery City, MO to Pearl Hoover who preceded him in death in 1993. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Joseph worked for several years at the Fulton State Hospital before retiring as the maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed spending time on his farm and with his family.

Survivors include: one step-son, James Hoover (Carlene) of Mokane, MO; two step-daughters, Loretta Gilman of Columbia, MO and Anna Hoover of Columbia, MO; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Howard Richner; two step-sons, Bert Hoover and Bruce Hoover and two step-daughters, Dorothy Wathen and Nina Hoover.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
