Henry N. Foster of Fulton passed away on July 18, 2024. He was born on December 2, 1935 to Raymond and Callie (Nichols) Foster. He attended Fulton Public Schools. Henry married Dorothy “DOT” (Bernskoetter) Foster in Jefferson City on September 27, 1958.
Henry served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1960. He was employed by MO-Con Quarry for 22 years, then was an owner/operator in the trucking industry until his retirement in 1999. Henry loved to watch NASCAR races and always rooted for Carl Edwards until Carl’s retirement.
Henry is survived by wife Dot, daughter Sheila Gray (Dwayne) of Fulton, son Michael Foster (Janice) of New Hampshire and grandson Daniel Gray of Fulton. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother William “Billy” Foster, sisters Dixie Shiverdecker and Patty Baker, nephews Mike and Bobby Baker and Mark Shiverdecker.
Private family services will be held by Debo Funeral Home with burial at Callaway Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation.
