Connie Mack Lee

Connie was born in Fulton, Missouri on January 12, 1936 to Albert Mack Lee and Angie Ebersole Lee. Connie was married to the love of his life, Jean Witcher on August 10, 1956. Connie worked at the Ovid Bell Press for 40 years before retiring in 1998.

Connie’s light was in his family and the way he loved his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and looked forward to the times they were around him. Connie loved the Lord and always wanted to be at church or sharing the Lord with someone. Connie’s hobby was raising and training Missouri Fox Trotter horses and boarding horses for William Woods college girls.

Connie is survived by his wife, Jean of the home; daughters, Janet (Mike) Stiefermann of Bonnots Mill Missouri, Vicky (Dr. Tom) Wilkes of Alexandria, Kentucky, and son Mark (Rhonda) Lee of Fulton, Missouri; Nine grandchildren Sam (Courtney) Stiefermann, Ashley (Neal) Dudenhoeffer, Matt (Amber) Stiefermann, Paul (Heather) Wilkes, Rachel (Justin) Mitchell, Lakyn (Dustin) Craighead, Jodi (Nathan) Davis, Makayla Lee (Cody), Cassie Verwys (Gregg). Nine great grandchildren Noah Dudenhoeffer, Eoin Stiefermann, Parker Wilkes, Sawyer Wilkes, Rylee Wilkes, Kylee Craighead, Ethan Craighead, Charlee Davis, Taylor Verwys; one brother, Richard (Denise) Lee of Jefferson City, Missouri; Sister-in-law Paula Lee of Texas, and sister-in-law Sue Fletcher of Kansas and nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Angie Lee and a brother John Lee.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Brother Guy Thomas and Dr. Tom Wilkes officiating. Graveside service will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Fulton, Missouri.
