Mary Jane Joslin, nee Stamm, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2022 in Fullerton, California. Born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1931, she had her 90th birthday on Christmas Eve. Mary Jane was a Fullerton resident for 52 years, having moved from River Forest, Illinois with her husband Bill and their three children in 1970.
Mary Jane was the eldest of five brothers and sisters and is survived by three children: Jeanette Russell (Chick) of Pasadena, Roberta Barry (Bob) of Newport Beach, and Murray Joslin (Anna) of La Jolla. "Nanny" was loving grandmother to seven grandchildren: Charlie Russell (Allison), William -Brother John Vianney Russell, O.P., Megan Whalen (Brian), Jane Barry-Moran (Maggie), and Jack, Peter, and Kate Joslin. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Natalie and Blake Whalen, many loving nieces and nephews, their children, and her dear friends.
Nanny was an avid Angels and sports fan who was preparing her bracket for March Madness the day she died. She was greatly loved by so many and unsurpassed in her remembrance of family and friends’ birthdays.
