Elizabeth Shirley McCarthy, born September 30, 1930 in Hartford, Connecticut, passed away on February 12, 2016 in Fullerton, California. She is survived by her husband, John J, McCarthy, sons; Kevin M. McCarthy (Leslie), Colin McCarthy, Brian McCarthy, daughter, Sharon Nicholson, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 beginning at 6:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, 902 N. Harbor Blvd. Fullerton. A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 400 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton at 10:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 E. Santiago Canyon Rd, Orange, CA.
