She married Jesse Meyer October 2, 1945, at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Denver. She was a homemaker and thoroughly enjoyed being a mother. She retired with her husband in 1981 and they moved to Loveland in 1983.
She is survived by her two sons, Jesse B. Meyer II of Nederland, and Richard D. Meyer of New Mexico; a daughter, Joan Huddleson of Trenton, NE; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Meyer, and 15 brothers and sisters.
Memorial services will be held 11 am, July 14, 2016 at Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S. Hwy 287, Fort Collins, CO 80525 with a reception to follow.
