Margaret Ann Solomon, 92, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away September 10, 2018. She graduated from Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City.
Margaret had a large family of seven daughters. She enjoyed quilting and traveling. Margaret went on a Safari with “The African Queens” and took two trips to India to do missionary work. She and her husband were on the board that founded the Foothills Gateway facility in Fort Collins.
Margaret loved the mountains and loved spending time at the cabin that was hand built by her family. She also was involved in Christian Counseling and Healing, as well as prayer groups. She and her husband participated in the Senior Olympic Games.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Charles Solomon, and daughters Carla Louise Solomon and Jeanette Ann Vetterling. She is survived by five daughters, 9 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 6 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Fort Collins.
