Even though it’s been three years, Ken is not forgotten. His kind heartedness, care for people, and commitment to emergency services does not diminish.

I am saddened to hear the world lost such a steller guy. I had the pleasure of keeping his flattop nice and tidy for over a decade, and in the process Ken became a dear friend. He would bring he lovely family with him in person or story of the latest adventures.  We often talked about the joys of life and photography. My best wishes to his amazing wife Bobby, and his little ladies. 

Ken was initially assigned to my platoon when he started his career with LCSO.  He was always very proud of being in law enforcement and excelled in everything he did.  I truly enjoyed working with him and was saddened to hear he had passed.  My heart goes out to his family.   

Kendall will be truly missed. He was always proud of his wife and daughters showing me many pictures when he came for his monthly massage. When I retired he was one of the few clients I still worked on. It was one of the moments he could just relax and let the hardships of life go.

Ken was a stellar person! He had a great personality, a sense of trustworthiness, and he was always willing to help someone. He personified professionalism at its best, along with being an excellent law man.

To the Elliott Family--

I loved working with Ken when he, Cathy D and I were in the Civil Division together.  "Little Mister" was always in a good mood.  He took great pride in his law enforcement career.   He was very tech-savvy and paid attention to details.  And he ALWAYS looked very polished and professional (and snappy) in his  uniform.    It was obvious that he loved Bobbi, Ashlen, Lauren and the rest of his family.  Here's to a life well lived, Ken.   Ann McCleery (aka "Little Missy")

Ken was a formidable character but through the past twelve years it was you that gave him strength. He is now free from all those struggles and is now shining down on us with outstretched hands. Enjoy the wonderful memories you shared pre cancer. Our bedside moments is how I will remember him. The sadness/pain will slowly dissipate allowing you to let go, knowing you stayed strong throughout.

My daughter Sydney was in daycare with Ken's girls and we all became friends.  I remember how one day Ken's girls asked him to demonstrate the lights on his law enforcement vehicle and how proud of their daddy they were!  Condolences to the Elliott family and thank you Ken for your service.

Ken was one of my most trusted and dependable Lieutenants at the LCSO.  He started and took ownership of our Honor Guard and in so doing left a lasting legacy.  We enjoyed many personal interactions, discussing everything from family to policy.  He was a true law enforcement professional.

I was saddened to learn of Ken's passing.  It's been a long time since we saw each other but I hope that doesn't diminish our friendship.  I enjoyed working with Ken for the many years we shared at the Sheriff's Office.  And of course the countless hours we worked together teaching our fellow officers how to drive emergency vehicles.  I think back to the long hours at the old dog track, the CSP academy track, and even the Wyoming Air National Guard base in Cheyenne.  Those are my best memories of Ken.
