Katie was born February 2, 1991 in New Port News, Virginia to John Olson and Mitzi Bearden. Her favorite time in her childhood was when she lived in Atsugi, Japan with her Momma and her Daddy. Other places Katie lived are: Norfolk, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; and North Richland Hills, Texas.
Katie was a unique, intelligent, and quirky young lady. She was an avid reader and a senior at CSU. Katie loved all animals, especially her cat Ligotti. She played War Hammer and the game Magic. She loved video games and horror movies.
Survivors include her parents, Mitzi Bearden & John Olson and grandmother, Marie Bearden. Katie has many cousins of whom she loved them all.
Katie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Leonard and Mary Olson and grandfather, Lowell Bearden.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Allnutt Funeral Service – Drake Chapel in Fort Collins, Colorado. A visitation will precede the service from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
