Kathy Jane Hulting

Kathy Hulting of Loveland, Colorado ( formerly of Macomb, IL) passed away on Oct 18, 2022 at the Riverbend Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Loveland, Colorado. She was born in Macomb, IL August 2, 1951 to Jack and Barbara (Bland) VanBrooker. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Mike, and her sister Rita. Kathy attended Macomb High School and graduated from Huntington Beach High School in Huntington Beach, California in 1969. She moved to Macomb, IL after graduating high school. In 1971, she married Steve Knowles of Macomb, IL. They had 2 children together, daughter Amy and son Nick. In 1983, Kathy married Russ Hulting and moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1984. Kathy was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Church in Loveland , Colorado. She was very active in the church, and enjoyed luncheons and potlucks with her church family. Kathy's hobbies included oil painting, writing poetry, and interior decorating. She was very proud of her 2 children. She is survived by her two children, grandsons Grant & Luke Churchill of Mansfield, Texas and Jack Knowles of Macomb, IL. Grandaughter Reagan Knowles of Macomb, IL. She is survived by her niece Lindsey Oswald of South Beloit, IL.
