Jason graduated from Thompson Valley High School in 1996. He immediately served in the U.S. Army from 1996-2000. He was stationed in Dexheim, Germany with duties over the health clinic front desk. Jason lived in Knoxville, TN and Saint Petersburg, FL after his military service and before returning to Loveland, CO in 2003. Jason’s proudest moment was when he became a father in 2006. He fiercely loved his son and the two were the best of friends. Jason started his own business and operated Jay’s Steam ‘N’ Clean for 15 years. He taught his son the ropes of his carpet cleaning business over the last couple of years. Jason was an excellent worker extending high ethics and fairness to his clients. He was an avid sports fan attending many Rockies games and watching his Colorado teams from the comforts of home. He loved the mountains and would often be found camping and fishing amongst them. Jason was incredibly funny with an infectious laugh. He joked around with people constantly trying to brighten their day. He was incredibly generous and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone who needed it.
Jason left us to be with Jesus too soon. He is survived by his son, Jayden; his mother, Annette Tesar; sister Erin (Todd) VanDolah, a nephew and niece. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Tesar.
A celebration of life will take place on August 9, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Ellis Ranch Loveland, CO. Light refreshments and snacks will follow the service. Please join us to share joyful stories so Jayden may hold them in his heart as he walks into his future without the presence of his dad.
