Carol A. Winter

Carol attended Wellington High School and was the class Valedictorian. She grew up on the family farm in Wellington, Colorado.

She married Dale Jordan and together they raised their daughter, Dawn Jordan. She worked as a travel agent and was a wonderful homemaker and a great cook. She married Chuck Winter in 2006 and gained another two daughters, Nona Schroeder and Lindsey Winter and a son Brian Winter, and they were happily married until his passing just a little over a week before hers.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Dawn Jordan of Fort Collins, step daughters Nona Winter of Pine Bluffs and Lindsey Winter of Cheyenne, her nephews Allan (Beverly) Meyer of Fort Collins, Terry Meyer of Highlands Ranch, 5 great nephews Brent Meyer, Ron Meyer, Brad Meyer, Nathan Meyer, Ryan Meyer, her sister-in-law and best friend, Karen (Mike) Lind of Fort Collins, Jeff Lind of Fort Collins, Jerrod Lind of Wheatland, WY.

She was preceded in death by her husband Chuck Winter, parents, and sister and brother-in-law Art and Marilyn Meyer, step-son Brian Winter and brother-in-law Richard Winter.
