Bob Koenig

Bob, along with his wife Violet “Vi” Koenig, owned and operated Koenig’s Used Appliance Center in Loveland for many years before moving to Port Townsend, Washington, where they owned Port Townsend Laundromat and Car Wash for more than 30 years. After retiring, Bob and Vi returned to Loveland.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years; sons, Keith (Lisa) Koenig of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Rick (Kathy) Koenig of Loveland; grandchildren, Mandy (Robert) Gershmel of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Sami Koenig of Fort Collins, and Robby Koenig of Loveland; great-grandchildren, William Gershmel of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Archer Hartsock of Fort Collins.

In addition, he is survived by his brother Vic (Diana) Koenig of Yuma, Arizona, sister-in-law Janet Koenig of Las Vegas, Nevada, and nephew Mark (Andrea) Koenig, Jr. of Johnstown.

He is predeceased by his parents and brothers Dale Koenig, Mark Koenig, Sr. and Ray Koenig.

A memorial service for Bob will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 26, 2019, at Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S. Hwy. 287, Fort Collins with interment following. A pie reception will be held after the service at the Resthaven Reception Hall.
