He graduated from Northwestern High School, starring on their swim and soccer teams. He was formerly a lifeguard at Kokomo Beach. Tony joined the United States Army and became a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne in Ft. Bragg, NC. After he was Honorably Discharged, he moved to Colorado and received an Associate’s degree and planned to finish his degree at Colorado State University. He was currently employed with Save-a-Tree. He was an avid golfer who had a beautiful swing. Tony loved fishing, hunting, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, and paddle boarding – all were reasons for him moving to Colorado. He loved playing card games and board games with his friends and family.
Tony is survived by his mother, father, stepparents; sister, Madelyne Janes; brothers, Julion Creason, Jaxon Creason; stepsiblings, Alec, Derek, Hannah; loving grandparents, Darlene Janes, Patt and Ed Matuszewski; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert H. Janes.
