Aaron Curtis (5/26/94 - 11/12/22) was unexpectedly and tragically taken from us much too soon at the age of 28. Aaron was a poet, a dreamer, a musician, a mischief maker and the most loyal friend, brother, son and father.
Aaron had the biggest smile and an ornery glean in his eye, he was always planning and conspiring to make his moves and he made the world a little more colorful and fun. Aaron was finding his path and striving to be better for himself and those he loved. Making music and crafting lyrics was his passion, he was looking so forward to take the stage with longtime friends and fellow musicians at his upcoming debut performance. Unfortunately, his life ended before the he was able to share his songs with the world.
Aaron was born in Denver and grew up between Denver with his mom and step-dad and Fort Collins with his dad. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics and had a curiosity for what made things tick, which lead him to begin his career as an electrician.
Aaron left behind a void that can never be filled. He is survived by the love of his life, Tylene Montoya and step-son Jeremiah; brother, Ian; mother, Michelle Bernard; father Brian Curtis; stepfather, James Bernard and many loving relatives.
A celebration of life will be held for Aaron at 11:22am on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Allnutt Funeral Service, Drake Road Chapel. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Urban Peak whose mission is to ignite the potential in youth to exit homelessness and create self-determined, fulfilled lives.
