At the time of her death she was living with her daughter (Carole) and son in law (Cobie) near Red Feather Lakes. In 1944 Frances married Wyburn Frank in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She lost him in 1972. In 1987 she married Leonard Coskey in Miami, Oklahoma. She moved to Stockton, Missouri where they raised cows and started a tour business called Sho-Me Tours. That gave her an opportunity to travel all over the United States which see loved. Leonard passed in 2014. Frances enjoyed the outdoors, and especially loved it when the deer would get on the deck and come up to her window. She enjoyed cooking, canning, tending to her vegetable garden and cross stitching. Frances had an adventurous spirit; in 2005 she got on a motorcycle and rode around the block, and when she was 90 she got up on a horse. This thrilled her because she hadn’t done that since she was a young girl.
Frances is preceded in death by her first husband, Wyburn Frank, they loved to go fishing and hunting and spent a great deal of time with the Shriners; her son, William Frank, and her second husband Leonard Coskey. She is survived by her daughter, Carole Rose; son in law, Cobie Garbiso; three grandchildren, Erin Rodriguez (Jake), Tiffany Rose (Shawn), Ryan Rose (Stephani) and her sister, Wilma Louis. She had 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A memorial will be at the Allnutt Funeral Service in Ft Collins on Saturday, November 23rd at 2:00 PM.
