Martha Keim Martin

Martha K. Martin, age 88, of Front Royal, formerly of Arlington passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at her home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Martin was born on June 26, 1927 in Adorf, Germany, the daughter of the late Philip and Lena Keim. She was a manager for Sears and enjoyed gardening. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was Lutheran by faith. Mrs. Martin is survived by her son, James Jay Martin of Front Royal; her daughters, Martha-Maria Hill (Gerry), Marilyn Martin, and Marian Marie Jones (James) all of Front Royal; her brother, Werner Keim of Germany; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, James Junior Martin in 1977; and her son Jeffrey James Martin.
