David Neal Meade

David Neal Meade, age 55, of Front Royal passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his family. Family and friends are welcome to celebrate his life on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at his home. Pastor Eva Pollard will officiate. David was born in Baltimore, MD on January 17, 1960 a son of the late Carl and Estelle Artrip Meade. He was an aircraft maintenance supervisor for Silver Airways. He retired from the Air Force in 1999 with 20 years of service. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a member of the American Legion and was Baptist by faith. David is survived by his wife of 39 years, Doris Meade; his daughter, Heather Meade Straub (Michael) of Springfield; his brother Steve Meade (Connie); his sisters, Rita Tabor (Charles), Melinda Meade, and Mary Meade (Wallace Whittington); and his grandsons, Riley Joseph Straub and Drew Robert Straub.
