Trisha Marie McNeir

Trisha Marie McNeir, age 55, of Frisco, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. She was born June 3, 1967 in Cherry Point, NC to her loving parents Giovanna (Lamberti) and Wayne Anthony McNeir. Trisha spent her early life moving along the East Coast with her parents and sister, Dina (Stevenson).

They eventually settled in Maryland to be closer to family. She was a graduate of The Catholic High School of Baltimore and later received a degree in childhood education from Towson State. Her career transitioned from teaching and childcare to banking and title work, and this change later relocated her to Texas. Outside of being a dedicated worker, Trisha enjoyed baking for her friends and family, watching cooking programs to learn more recipes, becoming immersed in crime shows, listening to the finest 80s and 90s hits, and cheering on her favorite hockey team.

Trisha was a loyal friend, with a bright mind and even quicker mouth. She was always prepared to lend a hand or an ear and hopefully coax out a laugh along the way. No one else would so stubbornly work to solve a problem. She will be deeply missed by those who were lucky enough to have crossed her path. Trisha was an outstanding mother. She was encouraging, making me believe that there was no limit to what could be accomplished. She was brave, moving across the country to live more independently. She was strong, fighting through cancer and seeking a new normalcy in her life as a survivor. She was one of a kind; there is no comparison. Saying that she will be missed is an understatement. There’s no combination of words that will do you justice. We will continue to love you to the moon and back.”
