Sabatha Arteaga Ramon was born on March 14, 1976 to Jose Jr. and Susana Ramon. Growing up in Morton, TX with her two younger sisters, she was a very loving child with a passion for adventure. “Sabby” loved traveling and capturing her adventures in photographs.
Sabatha graduated from Morton High School in 1994, the University of North Texas in 1999, and went on to be an American Airlines Flight Attendant. Her favorite places to be were Hawaii, Costa Rica or anywhere near the ocean! She lived life by her favorite saying “Pura Vida”. Sabby loved sea turtles and was a huge dog lover! She also enjoyed reading, hiking, shopping, biking, snorkeling, and her favorite meal was her Mom’s fideo with beans and tortillas. As a teen, she loved New Kids on the Block and one of her favorite movies was Coco. She was very hard working, sincere, adventurous and had a huge heart for all she knew.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jose and Concepcion Ramon and her maternal grandfather, Vicente Arteaga.
Sabatha is survived by her parents, Jose Jr. & Susana Ramon of Morton, TX; sisters, Christina and husband Ron Lamar of Prosper, TX, and Yvette and husband Harvey Velasquez of Morton, TX; nieces, Avery Lamar of Prosper, TX and Zoey Velasquez of Morton, TX; nephews, Christopher Velasquez of Morton, TX and Aidan Lamar of Prosper, TX; and maternal grandmother, Dominga Arteaga of Morton, TX, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sabatha was loved while here with us on earth, and will continue to be loved through time and all eternity.
