Patricia Ann Canty passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 17, 2023. Pat was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 5, 1941. Although always a Chicagoan at heart, Pat and her late husband Jim traversed the country, living in Colorado City, CO and running the Aztec Motel in Orangeburg, SC and Coastal Aviation in Pensacola, FL. Pat was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother, survived by her brother Frank (Margaret) Farenga, her daughters Dawn Canty (Bill O’Connell), Cathy (Mike) Poitevint, and her grandchildren Nicholas, Jackson, Danielle, Matthew and Allison. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
