Carlos was a true gem of a man. To his mother and family, along with my sincerest condolences, thoughts and prayers , I also want to tell you how marvelous  Carlos was to us here at Heat and Control. I worked with him and had the privilege of having my cubicle next to his for a while. I greatly admired him as I always saw him with a smile and his laughter was contagious. We all knew how his positive attitude was uniquely amazing amidst such overwhelming struggles. While we continue to miss him here, we also take hope that he is finally resting in peace in a much better place. RIP Good Carlos, Godspeed....

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos over the past several years.  He was strong beyond belief, in faith and in his positive attitude. 
It was hard to find him without a smile on his face; often talking about his family and grandchildren giving him strength.   The whole office knew how much  he loved his family (along with Star Wars and the Rangers). 
He will be missed 

Very proud to have our son named after his tío. Truly a great man. Loved his family and lived life to the fullest. Loved by all with that charming personality, beautiful smile and laugh. Best of the best. You will be missed cuñado. Rest In Peace. 

Carlos - I hope & pray I can have the strength and fight you had to take on life to it's fullest! So relieved you are free and belly up to the to the 1st bar you could find and I will miss that big ole smile! RIP my friend!
