Heather Alayne Hawkins, age 33, of Rowlett, Texas passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident earlier that day. Heather was born July 20, 1987 in Waco, Texas to loving parents, Jeffery Lee Hawkins and Amy Hawkins Crawford.
She leaves behind the loves of her life, three daughters, Lola Danielle Hawkins (age 13), Ryanne Adeline Sison (age 4), Blayke Leigh Sison (age 18 mo.), and her fiancé Joe Sison.
Heather was a beautiful, blonde hair, blue-eyed amazing mother, daughter, and fiancé. She was full of life and energy, spreading her energy and vibes to those around her through her infectious smile and warm eyes. She finally realized her career dreams by completing cosmetology school in 2020. She had big plans to make the world beautiful and instill confidence in her clients through her amazing hair designs and creative techniques. Helping others was natural for Heather. She would often compliment people by noticing the little things about them that they did not realize themselves but coming from Heather seemed to have a lot more meaning.
Heather was all about the glitz, glitter, and bling. From the way she dressed herself to the way she decorated her bedroom. What made it amazing was that she did it all on a shoestring budget! Resale stores, consignment stores, Ross and Marshalls were her favorite places to de-stress. She had a way with putting things together, mixing and matching, putting her special flare on a project. At the end of the day, the “Bling” didn’t cost a thing. Dressing her little girls Ryanne and Blayke in matching outfits was a must! Every year she coordinated matching Christmas jammies for family pictures (including grandma, sister, and friends) and wouldn’t take no for an answer!
Heather’s love and passion for her little girls was undeniable. Little did she know that she was going to be a natural in raising little mini “Diva’s” that walked and talked just like her. Starting with the littlest diva, Blayke who always had to wear a fancy bow on her head because Heather did not want anyone mistaking her for a little boy, Ryanne who learned to “hair toss and check her nails” and pose with pointed toes for the camera, and Lola who inherited Heather’s beautiful blue eyes and cheek to cheek smile. Heather left a lasting memory of herself in each of her three daughters that anyone who knew Heather could never deny.
Heather found her true love and partner for life in Joe Sison. They met each other at work, and they knew right away that the relationship they had was more than just an office romance. Their fire and ice relationship kept things new and exciting during their five years together. During that time, they developed a bond for each other that grew strong, brought Ryanne and Blayke into this world, and although it was only for a short time, they filled their dream of having a family together.
The family of Heather has started a GoFundMe for those who would like to contribute to an education fund for her children. Please visit the link provided below under donations.
An informal Celebration of Life for Heather will be held Wednesday, January 27th from 11am to 1pm at Stonebriar Funeral Home. Friends and family are welcome.
