Cindy Tang

After her resilient battle with cancer, Cindy Tang, 53, of Aubrey, TX, passed away peacefully in her home, with her beloved husband Chuan and daughter Catherine by her side on the evening of July 16, 2023.

It is with both heavy hearts and joyous memories that we remember the truly vibrant life of Cindy Tang. Cindy lived a fulfilling and harmonious life. It is not the end we are marking today, but the beginning of an everlasting legacy.

Cindy was born on October 14, 1969 in Saigon, Vietnam. She resided in Hawaii for most of her early life and then decided to go to California. Cindy met her husband, Chuan, in California and they soon married in 2001. While living in Texas she raised her two beautiful girls, Caitlyn and Catherine, and their canine companion, Mochii.

Cindy always had a selfless, hard-working, and high-spirited energy. She was constantly putting others first, especially her children and family. Cindy enjoyed an active and healthy lifestyle full of working out, going on runs and walks, and eating a variety of balanced and healthy foods. She had a love for nature and bright colors, she spent her free time tending to her plants and would admire all the greenery and animals on her walks. She also had a knack for cooking and creating delicious meals for her family every day and night. Throughout the entirety of her life she faced every issue with a brave mindset and never gave up easily, Cindy will forever be remembered for her strength and determination.

She is survived by her husband Chuan Tang, eldest daughter Caitlyn Tang, and youngest daughter Catherine Tang.

A celebration of life funeral service for Cindy will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Stonebriar Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 10375 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75033.
