Andrew was a 2024 graduate of Rock Hill High School in Prosper, Texas. He worked at Tom Thumb grocery store, where he was known for his friendly demeanor and strong work ethic. Andrew had a passion for creativity and spent much of his free time digitally composing music, designing video games, and drawing. He also loved spending time outdoors with his family, rockhounding and enjoying nature.
Andrew had a deep love for animals, and he was particularly fond of his boxer dog, Sophie, who was not only his pet but also his closest companion. He was a strong advocate for the environment, regularly picking up trash from parking lots and highways, striving to make the world a better place. Above all, Andrew had a kind and caring heart. He always looked out for others and was deeply troubled by cruelty, standing firmly against bullying in any form.
Andrew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ann Berryhill; great-grandmother, Mattie Lou Hinsley; and grandmother, Lina Ngo.
He is survived by his loving parents, Anthony Berryhill and Khristine Lin; his brother and best friend, Brandon Berryhill; his grandfather, Roland Berryhill; and his beloved boxer, Sophie.
A private Celebration of Life was held with family, and Andrew's memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to suicide prevention charities, as no parent should ever have to outlive their child.
Andrew’s light may have left this world, but his spirit and legacy will continue to inspire and be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
