Wanda Owens passed away peacefully at the age of 88. She was born in Sparks, Oklahoma to the late Estel (Eck) and Estel Wood. Wanda and her late husband, Del Owens, resided in the Bay Area for the majority of their many years together on this earth.
Wanda is preceded in death by her two brothers Herman and Richard Wood. She is survived by her brother Garland Wood of Visalia, CA.
Wanda's final resting place will be with her late husband at the Eagle Point National Cemetery in Oregon.
