Tony had a long life with many accomplishments. He was an Armny Veteran of World War II, farmed for over 50 years, and loved to travel. He made his way across the continental United States and visited every state with the exception of Hawaii. He was faithfully involved with the VFW, The Cooties, The Honorguard, and the SBF. Tony Freitas never slowed down. He can finally be still now that he is at peace in heaven.
He is survived by his daughters, Donna Allan and Loren; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; his brother, Joseph Freitas Sr. and his wife Norma; and his sisters, Theresa Wenger and Phred, Cecila Faught.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Home on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and will be followed by a Rosary Service at 4:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Stephens and Bean on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
