She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James C. McDonald; sons, Charles R. McDonald and Timothy R. McDonald; sister, Grace Weber; and brother, Thomas R. Robertson.
She is survived by her sons, James T. McDonald and Robert J. McDonald; sisters, Mary Beckstead and Rose Smith; and her companion, Harold Norris.
Thelma's lifelong passions and interests were her family, bridge, and spending time at her family home in Bass Lake. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Thelma was also an avid and accomplished bridge player throughout her life. She was a much beloved and thoughtful friend to all who knew her.
A Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 N. Teilman on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
