She was born on December 26, 1926, to Rosa and Cruz Cabral in Hardwick, CA. She married Rupert Osuna in June of 1953 in Fresno, CA. She was a homemaker.
Terri was admired for her devout religious faith in the Catholic Church. She was a member of the Guadalupana Society through St. John's Cathedral, a member of the Young Ladies Institute (YLI), the Women's Guild of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and Right to Life of Fresno.
The family wants to give special thanks to Dr. Constantine Phiripes, Dr. Kathleen Baron and Nurse Practitioner Susan Evans of Primary Care Consultants; Dr. Sam Borno of the Cardiac Institute; Dr. Mauro K. Leyba Jr., Rheumatology; Dr. Amy E. Schuerman, Kidney Specialist; Dr. Dennis R. Falk, D.D.S; Dr. Azhar Salahuddin of Insight Vision; Dr. Jay S. Makker D.P.M.; and St. Agnes Emergency Room and Medical Center staff for their outstanding and compassionate care for her.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Rosa and Cruz Cabral; her sisters, Annie Alarcon and Connie Ruiz; brother, Joe Cabral; and her son, Robert A. Osuna.
Terri is survived by her husband, Rupert Osuna of 61 years; her children, Rodney, Yvonne and Randy; grandson, Evan; her sisters, Mary Arceo, Francis DeLaTorre, Delores Perez and Aurora Cabral; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, October 20, 2014 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery.
Remembrances may be made in memory of Terri Osuna to St. Agnes Medical Center, Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, or Right to Life.
