Mr. Stewart Stewmeat Koehler

Stewart was a 1969 graduate of Hoover High School and California State University of Fresno. He worked as a Farmers Insurance Agent the past 25 years. He was a loyal friend and truly enjoyed all his customers. When his boys were young, he was President of the North Fresno Soccer League; served as President of the Fig Garden Lions Club for many years; and currently was Treasurer of United Farmers Agent Association.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Hoffman, Mitzie and Trish from his oncology team; also his various clients and special friends/family who never gave up on him, and sent so many beautiful cards and plants.

Stew was preceded in death by his father, John Koehler in 2003.

Stewart is survived by Debbie Koehler; his wife of 30 years; their two sons, Eric Koehler and Brett Koehler; his mother, Billie Koehler; sister, Heidi Koehler; and numerous nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, on Sunday, May 15, 2011, from 1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m.

A Funeral Servcie will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
