Steve was born on September 19, 1949, in Missoula, Montana to Audrey and Hank Roseth. During his childhood, his family lived in Billings, Montana, Northern and Southern California, and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He attended La Habra High School and subsequently went to College of the Redwoods for a couple years. While living in Coeur d'Alene, Steve was a partner in a store named Coeur d'Alene Bubbles.
In 1987, Steve moved to Fresno where he joined in a venture with his father in sales for a manufacturing company. In 1996 he and his wife formed their own manufacturing and redistribution company named MasterCraft Packaging Corp. and retired in 2006.
Steve enjoyed adventurous outdoor sports. He was an avid skier, enjoyed scuba diving, sky diving, golfing, boating, piloting, and traveling as well as reading. Steve was a devoted husband and loving father, a successful entrepreneur, had a great sense of humor and loved every aspect of life. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Betty; and their son Jeffrey; his cousins, Frank and Debbie Roseth; his aunt, Ruth Dennison, her daughter Sue and son Paul.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Peoples Church, G.L. Johnson Chapel, on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Missoula Cemetery, 1820 Rogers Street, Missoula, Montana.
