Steve Alan Brown was born on June 11,1945 to La Grand Bennion Brown and Linda Rose Fadenrecht in Bakersfield, California. Steve graduated from Hoover High School, he later pursued and obtained a degree at Fresno State University.
After graduation, he worked for Fresno Unified School District for over 30 years. Steve was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where he held many callings he was very passionate about, including a mission in Denver, Colorado.
In 1970 he married Carol Susan Norman at the Oakland LDS temple for time and all eternity. When they both met they felt like it was love at first sight. Steve and Carol went on to have 5 children.
Steve retired in 2007. While retired, Steve spent time with his family enjoying vacations and temple work. Steve loved to read and was knowledgeable in many things, especially history.
Steve is survived by his children, Anwar Ibrahim, Michele Barrett, Brian Brown, Heather Adams and Jason Brown. Also by his 10 grandchildren on 1 great grandchild.
