She was preceded in death by her husband William Kroeger; her sister Janet Bommer; and her brothers, Edward, James, William, Robert,
and Eugene Burkett.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Walter Dodson; sons, Alan, Charles,
and David Kroeger; daughters, Barbara Engelman, and Karen Rockwell,
and their spouses; ten grandchildren; and 13 great-grand-children.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns, & Blair Funeral Home on
Wednesday, August 9, 2017,
from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church
on Thursday,
August 10, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hinds Hospice.
