Rosalie G. Marquez passed away on Sunday October 30, 2022, in Fresno, Ca. She was born September 27, 1942, in Los Angeles Ca to Manuel Guerrero and Jennie Alvarado who has preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Gabriel F. Marquez Sr. and son Andrew Matthew Marquez. Also preceded in death by nine siblings. She was employed by Fresno Unified for 32 years as a Bilingual Instructional Assistant at Chester Rowell Elementary.
Survived by her loving children Gracie Vasquez and husband Ted, Alice Mendez, Gabriel Marquez Jr. and wife Teresa, Cathy Flores and husband Nick, Leonard Marquez and wife Tammy. Leticia Mendez-Solis and husband Felix, her grand-daughter that she raised as her own. Her beloved Pepe the Pug, her faithful companion. 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, all from Fresno, California. Also 2 siblings Richard Guerrero of Chino, Ca. and Sylvia Padilla of Pomona, Ca.
