Rodney Wayne Walter, CMSGT

Rodney Wayne Walter, age 88, of Clovis, California passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Rodney was born October 23, 1931 in Iron Mountain, Michigan. He graduated from Iron Mountain High School. He served 24 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. He served in Korea 1951 - 1952, Africa, Germany and bases all across the United States.

Rodney is survived by his loving spouse 67 years, Arlene Walter; daughter Deborah Laws and husband Gibson; daughter Cynthia Giboney and husband Larry; son Rodney W. Walter, II and wife Judy; and daughter Lisa Marie Walter-Roe and her husband Daryl. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his two brothers Leslie and Harlan Walters.

A visitation for Rodney will be held Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel.
