Robert worked at Saint Agnes Medical Center for 29 years as a storekeeper and was the Legendary DJ "Mr. Melody"
Robert Rubio is survived by his wife, Laurie A. Rubio; daughters, Melissa and Marlena; sons, Robert, Brandon, and Jonathan; aunt, Patricia Jaurique; brother Hank; sisters, Mary Helen, and Linda; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Agnes Mission Catholic Church on Friday, September 15, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
