IN THE CARE OF
Richard was born on March 31, 1917 in Alamosa, Colorado to Walter and Roxanna Smiley and passed away on July 15, 2011 in Fresno, California at the age of 94.
He was a retired Doctor for 58 years.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife La Von Smiley.
He is survived by his children, Judie Kirkhart, Jeanne Packey, Steven, Richard, and David Smiley; and ten grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements under the direction of Lisle Funeral Home, Fresno, CA.
