Pauline Burnie

Pauline was born on February 1, 1927 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Moving to California with her mother and siblings in the early 1950's, she devoted her life to family and career in nursing. After retiring from nursing Pauline met Ira (Ron) Sheckles, married and spent the rest of his life dancing and enjoying life together.

She is survived by her daughter, Belinda Parmelee-Leon and son-in-law, Robert Leon of Fresno, CA; granddaughter, Angela Neil and husband of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; great niece Renee Helgoe and family of Oregon.

She is preceded by her mother and father, her wonderful and loving husband Ron Sheckles, 3 sisters and 1 brother as well as her daughter, Jackie Carpenson of Fresno, CA

At this time, no services will be held.
